Business
We complete all bookkeeping and payroll
services that might be needed by a small business. Included would be payroll,
monthly financial statements, check writing, reconciling accounts, accounts
receivable and payable, etc.
Whether you need all of
these services or just a few, please contact us. We will customize our services
to your needs. For most monthly financial statements, turn around time is three
or four business days. All financial statements start with our
reconciling every bank account. All other accounts are also reconciled as
needed. Without reconciling the balance sheet accounts, it is not possible to
consistently have accurate financial statements. We believe it is critical to
business that financial statements be both accurate and timely. We are proud of
the high quality work that we provide.
For payroll, we have several options,
depending on your needs. Most commonly, we complete payroll calculations, print
paychecks/stubs, prepare payroll tax deposits with instructions, complete
workers compensation reports, complete federal and state quarterly reports,
complete year end W-2's, and calculate garnishments. Direct deposit is
available. Of course, many clients have us complete only some of these
functions.
